NEUWAVE™ Microwave Ablation System

A minimally invasive option for soft tissue lesions in the liver, kidney and lung. Learn how this versatile system allows physicians to ablate lesions of many shapes and sizes with consistency and control.†,*

Multi-probe synchrony

Multi-probe synchrony for larger lesions; reduce risk of incomplete ablations

Activate 2-3 probes simultaneously. Creates larger, confluent ablation zones with higher temperatures at the periphery and reduces the overall procedure time.§

Help protect non-target tissue with
distal energy control

For lesions in challenging locations where non-target tissue or structures need to be protected. The NEUWAVE PR Probe is the only probe available with a unique burn pattern that controls the ablation distance past the probe tip. The ablation encompasses the tip ~10 seconds and then burns proximally.

Tissu-Loc™ technology

Help reduce probe migration. CO2 cooled system with, Tissu-Loc™ technology

Tissu-Loc technology creates a non-lethal ice ball at the probe tip to “stick” the probe in place. This reduces the risk of probe migration during additional scanning and gives physicians the freedom to move about the procedure room.

Ablation Confirmation Software

Image processing software to help evaluate the technical success of procedures

NEUWAVE Ablation Confirmation Software helps physicians identify ablation targets, assess appropriate probe placement and confirm the technical success of each procedure. Information and images captured during the procedure can be sent back to PACS or shared with referral sources and patients.

For surgeons

Versatile: a targeted ablation and resection-assistance tool

When unexpected disease turns up during procedures, the NEUWAVE System has the flexibility you need. It is a target ablation tool for small to large lesions, and a resection-assistance tool. Coagulating blood with microwave energy prior to resecting has shown to reduce blood loss and procedure time.
