Coated VICRYL® (polyglactin 910) Suture

Coated VICRYL (polyglactin 910) Suture is a synthetic absorbable sterile surgical suture composed of a copolymer made from 90% glycolide and 10% L-lactide. J and TN needles provide rapid, simple closure of fascial defects in abdominal wall and are designed to make closing trocar wounds easier and more secure.

PDS II Suture

PDS® II (polydioxanone) Suture

Polyglactin 910 copolymer and polyglactin 370 with calcium stearate have been found to be non-antigenic, non-pyrogenic and elicit only a mild tissue reaction during absorption. The sutures are available with a J needle.

Procedure applications:

Any general surgery requiring closure of the abdominal wall.
