Selectable Staple Height on the device gives you the versatility to deliver appropriate compression for the targeted tissue, without the need for different cartridge sizes. And the intermediate locking mechanism allows for easier, one-handed tissue manipulation, helping you to gently interact with tissue.

PROXIMATE® Linear Cutter
Our first linear cutter, the PROXIMATE Linear Cutter is a sterile, single-patient-use instrument that simultaneously staples and divides tissue. It may be used for transection, resection, and the creation of anastomoses.
Features include:
CAM mechanism for consistent staple formation
Tissue retaining button – assists with setting the closed staple height and also prevents tissue slippage out of the distal end of the instrument
Up to eight firings
Two rows of staggered staples on each side of the cut line
Safety Lockout feature prevents firing of unloaded device.
Intermediate locking position allows repositioning of tissue and longest available cut line with our 100mm device, to transect more tissue in one firing.
Four different reloads available for a variety of tissue thicknesses. (Gold reload available for 75mm)
